After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which includes your ticket code. Please have this ticket code ready on the day of the event – either digitally or as a printout.
In addition, we kindly ask you to bring a valid photo ID (ID card or passport) to facilitate entry.

Concert Tickets:
Refunds are only possible in the event of event cancellations or rescheduling. In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted as a gesture of goodwill. A request must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event starts to ticketservice@soundpreacher.com.
Merchandise:
For damaged or defective items, you can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt. Please send an email to ticketservice@soundpreacher.com including a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
