Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets and merchandise items by Soundpreacher Booking (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket or merchandise item, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") accepts these Terms and Conditions.


2. Conclusion of Contract

  • The contract for the purchase of tickets or merchandise comes into effect as soon as the payment has been successfully completed.
  • After completing the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email, which serves as proof of purchase.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All listed prices are final prices including statutory VAT (where applicable).
  • Payment is made exclusively via the payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Delivery of Tickets and Merchandise

Tickets:

  • Tickets are provided exclusively digitally. After successful payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation with a ticket code by email.
  • The Customer is responsible for keeping the confirmation email with the ticket code and presenting it at the entrance.

Merchandise:

  • Merchandise is shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and are to be borne by the Customer.
  • Shipping usually takes place within (max.) 10  business days after receipt of payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Tickets:

  • Tickets are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are services related to leisure activities (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).
  • Goodwill Policy:
    • In exceptional cases, the Organizer may offer refunds as a gesture of goodwill. A goodwill refund will only be granted if the Customer submits a request at least 48 hours before the event starts to ticketservice@soundpreacher.com.
    • Refunds granted as a goodwill gesture cover only the ticket price; additional fees (e.g., payment fees) will not be refunded.

Merchandise:

  • Merchandise items are subject to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt of goods, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged or defective goods:
    • If the delivered goods are damaged or defective, the Customer is obliged to report this by email to ticketservice@soundpreacher.com within 7 days of receipt.
    • The Customer must attach a photo of the damaged goods to assert a claim.
    • After reviewing the damage, the Organizer will offer either a replacement delivery or a refund.

6. Event Changes and Refunds

  • If the event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded. Any payment or processing fees cannot be refunded.
  • Rescheduling: If the event is postponed or relocated, the ticket remains valid. However, Customers may request a refund within 14 days after the announcement of the rescheduling.

7. Admission Policy

  • Admission is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed). The ticket code must be scannable.
  • Customers are also requested to carry a valid photo ID to confirm their eligibility for admission.

8. Liability

  • The Organizer is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
  • Changes to event times, line-ups, or venues do not constitute grounds for liability claims.

9. Data Protection

  • The Organizer collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of processing orders. No data will be shared with third parties. Further information can be found in the [Privacy Policy].

10. Applicable Law

  • German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Organizer.
